Cancelation Policy

The Coffee Grind Corporation (“The Coffee Grind”) provides a variety of consultation services on a fixed fee basis. The amount of the consultation fee depends upon the type of consultation. Payment for your consultation is required by credit card at the time of booking. The Coffee Grind® understands that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. We therefore kindly request that if you do cancel your consultation appointment, you do so as soon as practical, and at the least, with a twenty-four hour notice. This will also enable for another person who is awaiting an appointment to be scheduled in that time slot. The consultation fee is 100% refundable if you cancel your appointment either by phone (202-768-5785) or email (hello@coffeegrind.co) more than twenty-four hours prior to your appointment time. You may cancel for any reason. Upon request, your credit card will be credited the amount of the consultation fee that you paid to schedule the consultation. If you choose to cancel your appointment less than twenty-four hours of your appointment time, you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your consultation fee. For example, if you pay $180.00 to schedule a Coffee Grind® Strategy Call (“Coffee x Conversation”), and you cancel your appointment less than twenty-four hours of the appointment time, you will be assessed a cancellation fee of $90.00. Afterward, your credit card will be credited in the amount of $90.00. Also, if you fail to appear for your consultation appointment and provide no notice whatsoever to The Coffee Grind®, this will be considered a “No-Show”, and you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your consultation fee. The Coffee Grind® understands that there may exist special and unavoidable circumstances that cause you to cancel your consultation appointment with less than a twenty-four hour notice. In these special circumstances, The Coffee Grind® reserves the right to waive your cancellation fee. The Coffee Grind® also reserves the right to cancel or modify consultation reservations and client relationships where it appears that a client has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity (to include fraternizing, verbal and physical misconduct, and harassment), or under other circumstances where it appears that the consultation reservations contain, or resulted from a mistake or error. When you confirm your availability and submit payment, you agree to these terms. The Coffee Grind® firmly believes that excellent client relationships are based on mutual understanding, effective communication, collaboration, respect, and trust.
